As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method from a lockbox on-site, we can also provide the option to meet you on site with the keys and help bring luggage up the stairs as there are two flights of stairs before getting in to the apartment, ie there is no elevator in this building.
Check-in is any time after 3pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself! Check-out is up til 11am.

Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
Each bedroom contains a queen sized bed and the third bed is a sofa-bed set up in the living room on the higher floor.
