Swainson on Coombe is a comfortable bungalow type 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom residential house residing in the western Adelaide suburb of Allenby Gardens.

This home features beautiful polished Jarrah flooring and an updated fully equipped kitchen with stunning stainless steel appliances. The spacious backyard is perfect for family entertaining.

The quiet front end of the house presents with a master bedroom, next to the formal lounge. The main bathroom is next to the living/dining area, near the main bedroom, and bedrooms two and three. Bedroom four is accessed through bedroom three and the laundry area. There is also a toilet accessible from the verandah.

Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.

Check in is at any time after 3pm and keys will be in the letterbox.

Car parking in the secure, undercover driveway for five cars can be arranged for $15 per day per car space.

All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.

To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds. Also, splitting the King beds into two King single beds costs $30 per bed.
