Next to a huge private balcony that overlooks spectacular views of the city, the open plan living comprises of a sleek kitchen fitted with exceptional quality fixtures and appliances, a dining area for six, and a comfortable lounge dressed with sophisticated furnishings.
Located 10 floors high, city living has never been so serene and you’ll be guaranteed a peaceful night’s sleep on our luxurious queen size pillow-top mattresses. Both bedrooms are spacious and include mirrored built in wardrobes, while the huge master bedroom is privy to its very own ensuite bathroom fitted with a hot tub bath and walk in shower. The apartment is equipped with a hidden away washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare the apartment to impeccable standard.
Pool access is at Oaks Embassy, 700m walk away.

We offer a free airport transfer with a professional chauffeur (valued at up to $95) or cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.
As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method from a lockbox, we can also provide the option to meet you on site with the keys. Check-in is any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park off site for $15 per day. We have a parking space at UPark Gawler about 25m away from the building). Extra parking space can be arranged upon request.
Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
There are two queen size beds, the third bed is a queen EURO bed set up in the living room.

M1 is a very comfortable, spacious, clean and well-appointed penthouse apartment in the perfect location with a stunning outlook. Private and secure, it was hard to believe you were in the heart of the city with the only noise being the occasional "ding ding" of a tram below. Within minutes or even seconds from this location are Rundle Mall, the East End, Art Gallery SA and Museum on North Terrace, Torrens River and amazing restaurants like Fishbank. If you're looking for somewhere a little more special that will enhance your stay in the beautiful city of Adelaide, I highly recommend this property. The host was also extremely accommodating and helpful during our stay.February 2022
