Both bedrooms are spacious and include mirrored built in wardrobes, while the huge master bedroom is privy to its very own ensuite bathroom fitted with a hot tub bath and walk in shower. The apartment is equipped with a hidden away washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Be sure to make full use of those amazing communal areas including the pool, spa, sauna, and gym!

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.
As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method in a lockbox 50 meters from the building. Check-in is any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park off site for $15 per day.
Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.
All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10). Also, splitting the King beds into two King single beds costs $30 per bed.
