Next to the private balcony that overlooks the city, the North-facing open plan living comprises of a sleek kitchen fitted with exceptional quality fixtures and appliances, a dining area for four, and a comfortable lounge dressed with sophisticated furnishings.

Located 8 floors high, city living has never been so serene and you’ll enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep on our luxurious queen size mattresses. Both bedrooms are spacious and include mirrored built in wardrobes. The apartment is equipped with a hidden away washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Be sure to make full use of those amazing communal areas including the pool, sauna, and gym! The spa is currently out of service.

Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare the apartment to impeccable standard.

The spa is currently under maintenance until further notice.

We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

You will be provided with a digital guidebook detailing the check-in process and all of the additional features included in your accommodation.

As a self-contained apartment, keys are accessed through a contactless method through a lockbox onsite. Check-in is any time after 2pm and by following the directions in our guidebook, you are free to help yourself!

If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park within the building for $15 per day.

Please be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals, and guests like yourself reside in the building.

Please note that as we manage several apartments in this building, these are stock photos. Please see the floorplan attached for accuracy.

All bookings require a $250 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.

There are two queen size beds, the third bed is a queen EURO bed set up in the living room.
