This apartment has just been re-furbished with new floorboards and has been furnished with no expense spared. Enjoy a great night's rest on our luxurious mattresses.
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy. You also will have access to the common areas such as the games area and laundromat (located on the first floor).
You will be given detailed instructions (including photos) on how to access the apartment and will also be provided with written information regarding everything you need within the place.
Because you will access the keys to the apartment from a 'lock box', you can check-in at any time you like (after 2:00pm). Some guests have even checked-in after midnight due to their travel plans.
We offer a free airport transfer with a professional chauffeur (valued at up to $95) or cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.

Please note that there is no washing-machine in the apartment. There is however a common laundromat accessible within the apartment complex on the first floor.

Guests should be aware that this apartment building complex is a mixed residential/student/short-term accommodation use building. Students, professionals and Airbnb guests like yourself reside in the building.
Please be aware that there is currently a construction site across the road from the apartment building. Fortunately, this apartment faces a different direction (i.e. is not facing the construction site) so noise can only be heard from the balcony during the day.
Guests should be aware that the secure, 24/7 car park is off-site as there is no car-park within the apartment building. You will pick up a swipe card from the lock box at the apartment and drive 50 metres up the road to enter the car-park.
Please note that we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked. So, if you will require anything other than the below then please let us know in advance.
1-2 guests: 1 queen bed
3-4 guests: 2 queen beds
5-6 guests: 2 queen beds + 1 queen EURO bed
The window handles were recently broken by some guests and we are waiting on parts to fix this as they are currently out of stock at the only supplier in Australia. This means that the windows in the bedrooms only (living room is fine) cannot be opened for now, please use the AC and leave bedroom doors ajar if needed to warm or cool the room.
Also note, as this apartment is in the very heart of the city, on Friday and Saturday nights you will hear faint music from the street. We provide earplugs to counter this though.
